Our carpet cleaning gentleman was very polite and thorough. He even got down on his knees and spot cleaned our carpet before using the machine. When he noticed our quote was incorrect, he contacted his boss and got us the correct price. Great work!

The technician explained the whole process before he started. He was very thorough and our carpets turned out beautifully. It had been 4 years since we installed the carpet and it looks good as new. Will definitely use them again.

I have used Zerorez in my home to clean my basement carpeting a couple years ago and was VERY impressed. My friend needed to get the carpeting in his apartment cleaned. It was horrible. Dustin did a great job doing what he could and got it looking better than I expected. I would easily give Zerorez a 100% rating!!

The two reasons I would recommend this company is because of Dustin and because of the end results. Dustin was professional, worked so hard to make our couch and carpets look nice, he thoroughly explained everything and took pride in his work. I've had many companies steam clean our carpets and they always look nice when they leave but eventually the next day the stains come back when it drys. We woke up today and the stains were still gone!! Our couch and carpet looked so clean and bright. Best carpet cleaning company we've ever used. I've already recommended your company.

It was very easy to schedule the services for the day that worked for my schedule. They were prompt and courteous as well as very knowledgeable about their product and solutions for my concerns. Sedrick was professional and kind and a very hard worker. He spent 3 hours meticulously cleaning my carpets, rugs and furniture. He wanted me to be 100% satisfied! They did a great job! Our technician showed up earlier than our scheduled time, which worked out great for us. Our carpets look almost brand new and the rooms smell refreshing.
