Products are eco friendly and drying time is usually less than other carpet cleaning services. My granddaughter has severe allergies and knowing the products used on the carpet do not affect her allergies.

Zerorez is the only carpet cleaning company we use anymore. They do a fantastic job! The technicians are always very professional and friendly. Our carpet gets clean and stays looking bright and fresh for months! It's easy to set up a cleaning appointment and the technicians arrive on time and stay until we are satisfied with the cleaning. I love that they guarantee their work, too. I will never use a different carpet cleaning service again. Zerorez for life!

Great experience using this company. The employee showed up in the allotted time frame and texted prior to arrival. He was friendly, and knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. For reference, we have 2 adults, a clumsy teenager, and 3 dogs. The carpet was in dire need of a clean. It looks brand new, smells great, and it even dried quickly. Highly recommend!

Very impressed. They called 10 minutes to warn us they were coming. Walked through and made sure I understood the service and kindly answered all my questions! I had a spot that they did not add on to the price which was awesome! There were a few spots they couldn't get up but I honestly didn't expect them to be able to. Very thorough and detailed. Super happy with it.

I love that I don't have to be afraid of my family or pets being exposed to chemicals. The way you clean is so effective without being dangerous to us or the environment. Isaiah did a nice job understanding what our carpets are exposed to, treating them appropriately, then making good recommendations for maintaining my carpets in the future. My tech came to my home and did a good walk through with me. I pointed out trouble spots and he explained where he thinks he can actually get them out vs. the ones that will remain. He completed the service fast and with a smile! Then, I asked him to come to my new home and look at a couple problem spots. He was confident he could get them out and did a great job! Richie was so kind and I feel so thankful that he was the one to come and help me out! He honestly went above and beyond!

I have been using you for 30 years. My service person Gustavo's (not sure spelling) work was impeccable! My carpets had not been cleaned since before Covid pandemic. They look new again! He was very detailed and walked me though the house to inspect his work before he left. I will continue to refer you to my family and friends.

We had a carpet with stains that never came out with the little rental machines I had always used, on a 22 year old carpet. After 3 kids and two dogs, we were ready to pull the carpet, but decided to try Zerorez. We are absolutely amazed at the result! It looks like new carpet! I purchased duct and carpet cleaning for the house I just closed on -- both were quick and easy (a little over an hour for each appointment) and the results have been great! It got the musty smell out of the house and set the stage for me to begin adding my own scents. Excellent value for the money.

My technician was great! He was professional and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the work. This was my first time using them for vent cleaning, but I'll definitely be booking with them again in the future!

It was so easy to set up an appointment online for air duct cleaning and our techs were great!! Very knowledgeable and professional. They explained what they were going to do and what was going to happen during the whole process. Overall, a wonderful experience.

I typically do not respond to surveys from vendors but in this case I feel I must. The Zerorez employees who were at my home yesterday to clean our air ducts introduced themselves and I have never met two nicer young men. I was totally comfortable with them and they graciously accepted my interruptions with questions and gave me all the answers I need for future appointments.

All the technicians like their job, readily answer questions and know what they are doing and make good suggestions. I get them out here every year and will continue to do so. Scheduling the services on the date and time that worked best for us was incredibly simple and convenient. The tech was prompt, communicated well, and did a great job cleaning our couch which had seen a lot of spills over time, and it was incredible how clean it was afterward!

My furniture had never been steam cleaned before. It looks amazing and Zerorez really did a great job. You can tell they took away the years of dirt and made the appearance look so fresh. My sister said I needed new furniture before they came to clean. When she saw it after they were done she was floored. She said it looks new.

We had 2 recliners that were so dirty. The pattern was almost black. After they were cleaned, I couldn't believe how great they looked. They were almost like new. This is the second time in four years I have used Zerorez to clean my tile and grout. They are so pleasant to do business with, from the time I called in to make an appointment, to the reminder call two days in advance, then the tech calling to say he was on his way, I am always treated like they value my time and my business. The work was done promptly and my tile and grout looks nearly new considering I have four cats and a dog that make messes every time they can. Grease and cooking spatters in the kitchen made some of my grout look a completely different color. The technician was able to get all that clean. I will use Zerorez again in a couple years to spruce things up again.

I have been a Zerorez customer for 25 years. Techs were very professional and respectful of my home. They worked tirelessly to clean carpet, upholstery, and tile cleaning and sealing. It was a BIG job. The supervisor returned to my home a second time to remove residue from the grout sealer that was bothering me. He also did some follow up on the carpet and upholstery. He did not leave until I was completely satisfied with the job. Your process is very effective. Your people are even better! Well done, Zerorez.

The pickup and delivery people were courteous and on time. Our Chinese rug, purchased in China some years ago, had a few spots and hadn't been cleaned in some time. It came back beautiful. We were told it's worth and were amazed.

I was totally impressed with their services, employee interaction and pricing. I have hardwood floors and several area rugs. Have been looking for a reliable service to get them professionally cleaned, with no excuses. Zerorez came to my rescue!
