Preston, our Zero-Rez tech, did a great job at cleaning our stairs and hallways, which were quite dirty due to being main traffic areas. Unfortunately I don't have any "before" photos but here are the "after" ones. Preston was polite, prompt and a positive representative of your company.

Nick was our Tech this time and again he did not disappoint! He was very kind and pleasant to talk to. He knew a lot about carpets and stains and was reassuring we would be happy with his results. The 2 gentlemen that were here were extremely courteous and very thorough. Explained everything before starting which was very helpful. Very professional, our house smells so much better after they sanitized the old vents in our house. They put booties over their shoes and were very thorough with making sure not to damage anything in the path of their equipment. Will definitely use in the future!
