Our Christmas present to our mother was to clean all of the carpets in her entire house. The older carpets were new when she moved in 40 years ago and they’ve never been cleaned. Let me tell you… her carpets look spectacular! They’ve never looked so good! Sean was friendly, courteous, respectful, efficient and thorough with his cleaning. And he even had time to clean her sofa as well. In addition, while he explained additional services, he never pressured us into an up sale. Look at these differences!

Dallin, Jared, & Ethan were AMAZING yesterday! Omg I am incredibly impressed with the work they did. Dallin & Jared not only cleaned our vents but helped me move some things that I hadn't gotten out yet so Ethan could clean the carpets AND helped him get it all done. Super personable, way nice & professional. I highly recommend working with these guys. They are hard workers, know the craft & care.

The technician showed up on time. We discussed carpet repellent on the area rugs. I thought that was a great idea since my entry rug is a light color. He was in and out in hour half. I love using this company as the employees really care about your home.

We called Zerorez to schedule a cleaning time before our new furniture arrived thinking we’d have to book at least a week out, but they had open times as soon as the next day, wow!! We had our family room and stairs cleaned and what a difference!!!!! And super fast! We had 2 technicians do the work, one on the stairs and one in the family room, they were done in less than an hour. Amazing job and results!!

Evan was amazing! Very friendly, explained everything perfectly, on time and efficient! His flashlight showed our "crime scene" disgustingly... It was cool to see all the hidden spots from our St. Bernard & Bernese Mountain dog, but also terrifying! Evan was very polite and took great care in covering anything the hose would rub against. He did our basement, so he had to manage going down a tricky split staircase. Very happy with Zerorez. Scheduling was fast and easy, had an appointment the next day for my spontaneous desire to have the basement cleaned! I will use them again (hopefully wont need to for awhile though!)

We've tried to do it yourself and other carpet cleaning agencies. We come back time and again. Extremely satisfied with service, respectfulness and courtesy of their employees in person as well as those on the phone. They've now become our go-to for any cleaning projects.
