I scheduled for regular carpet cleaning with Zerorez in Raleigh. They did not disappoint! They were very good about scheduling, good price and prompt! My service technician was Miguel Acevedo and he did a great job overall. He walked me through the cleaning process and made sure all my questions were answered. He's very knowledgeable, courteous, and quick! Highly recommend both the company and technician.

The cost of service is fair and they're quick to schedule you. I called on Friday and was going to be seen the following Monday, but I had to reschedule which they were happy to help with. Not only was my technician Ali super professional, detailed and courteous, he took the time to explain the cleaning process and answer all of my questions. My carpets are back to looking like fluffy little clouds and I'm soo happy. I'll definitely be calling them again

We had a sectional sofa and area rug cleaned! The technician was extremely prompt and professional. He informed me of his expected time line - drying times and every detail of his process! He was in and out in a little over an hour it was awesome! The room smells great and looks amazing!

Zerorez did a fabulous job. Very friendly professional technician. Got stains out of my white chairs and cleaned my area rugs. They were very effective and efficient with time.
