John Jackson was very professional and kind. I had a living-room bedroom and hallway done. I received a text the day before my appointment with the time between 8:00 and 11:00 am. The technician called 45 minutes prior to arrival and was extremely polite on the phone. He arrived promptly and looked over all the areas to be cleaned. He set up the equipment in a timely fashion and explained each process throughout the cleaning. He answered all of my questions and was so polite and happy the entire time. I also had the carpet protection as well. The clean up was also efficient with nothing to clean up. Before and after pics in this review 👍

I highly recommend this team. They arrived when they were scheduled, clearly explained the process and charges and completed the job successfully. My techs were very professional and courteous! I will definitely be calling again when needed and will be sharing their info to my clients also!

Super professional extremely knowledgeable! I had my ducts vents and carpet cleaned! Absolutely will continue to use them again and again. Price is extremely reasonable for all they did!

This is the 3rd time I’ve used Zerorez, they do an excellent job. My tech Anthony had great communication with me to make everything work with my schedule. He did a great job between all my tile and carpet the place looks and smells fresh and clean. Highly recommend

Kevin was right on time, called thirty minutes before he arrived (many companies say they will and don’t) and went to work with no issues. My stained white dining chairs look like new! Could not he more pleased . Many places won’t service downtown so I am grateful to Zeforez.
