John Jackson was very professional and kind. I had a living-room bedroom and hallway done. I received a text the day before my appointment with the time between 8:00 and 11:00 am. The technician called 45 minutes prior to arrival and was extremely polite on the phone. He arrived promptly and looked over all the areas to be cleaned. He set up the equipment in a timely fashion and explained each process throughout the cleaning. He answered all of my questions and was so polite and happy the entire time. I also had the carpet protection as well. The clean up was also efficient with nothing to clean up. Before and after pics in this review 👍

I should have started using Zerorez a long time ago. I booked them to clean air ducts, tile, couches/furniture and some curtains. My great experience started with the booking process. Super easy! But I still had to call because not all services can be booked online. Also you can’t make changes on line so I had to call and spoke with 2 nice and helpful people. The air duct fogging & dryer vent cleanings were done by Saige and Steven. They were both great and Sage taught me a lot! The furniture and tile cleaning was a big job but Brandon and Ty were exceptional. I would bring both crews back for certain and I am definitely going to use Zerorez again. I would highly recommend. Edited on 3/19/25: I brought them back to install a UV system and as always, they were fabulous. Saige & Ben did a great job and were efficient. They are always happy to answer questions.

This was our first time using Zerorez and we will definitely be using them again! Our technician, Johnathan Jackson was amazing! He was super friendly, very professional, and thorough! He went over everything with us before starting. When he found out we were expecting our first baby, and he wanted to make sure the carpets in our house were exceptional for our little one. It was such a pleasure to work with Johnathan! I cannot recommend him and Zerorez enough!

Great experience! The process to schedule was easy and efficient. We scheduled online the night before. Zach was awesome! He was very thorough and professional in explaining the process. He was friendly, conscientious, and took pride in doing a fantastic job! We are very pleased! Highly recommend!

The gentleman that we had to clean our carpets his name was Dan. He was so professional and also so kind. He did a fantastic job. I had other service people to come in for my carpets and this guy did the best I’ve ever seen his demeanor and his professionalism . I personally would recommend him from zero rez do my carpets again

I highly recommend this team. They arrived when they were scheduled, clearly explained the process and charges and completed the job successfully. My techs were very professional and courteous! I will definitely be calling again when needed and will be sharing their info to my clients also!

Austin and Zack were awesome. Quick consult and walk through and they got right to work. Took care of everything carpet looks and feels amazing. Very professional, extremely informed and nice guys. I highly recommend. Price was reasonable as well. Thank you again.

This is the 3rd time I’ve used Zerorez, they do an excellent job. My tech Anthony had great communication with me to make everything work with my schedule. He did a great job between all my tile and carpet the place looks and smells fresh and clean. Highly recommend
