Pricing
We love our customers, so our goal is to make sure we're all on the same page before we arrive at your home. Below is an explanation of our most common services and their regular pricing.
Our standard cleaning includes: pre-treating, agitating the carpet fibers, and cleaning using our proprietary technology. We make every effort to take care of all your carpet issues with our standard cleaning, however, pet/biological issues and some staining may require additional work to properly remove, and therefore an additional cost.
This pricing does not reflect current discounts or specials and is subject to change.
We have a $25 standard service fee that provides a 30 day guarantee on all cleanings, holds a 2-3 hour arrival window on our schedule, as well as locks in your estimate if you need to reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment.
Payment is due at the end of service. We accept Visa, Discover, Mastercard and Cash. We do not accept Checks or American Express.
CARPET CLEANING
A carpeted room is defined as tacked-down wall-to-wall carpeting no larger than 200 sqft. Any room exceeding this size would count as two or more rooms. Hallways and stairs are priced separately and cannot be used in lieu of a room in our 3 room special pricing. Area rugs are not considered carpeted rooms; please contact us for an estimate on cleaning your area rug!

We price carpeted stairs by the step at $5 per step and $2 per linear foot for landings.

TILE & STONE CLEANING
Tile and stone cleaning is priced by room. We consider a room to be no larger than 200 sqft. Any room exceeding this size would count as two or more rooms. Hallways and stairs are priced separately and cannot be used in lieu of a room. We clean and seal tile, however, we do not re-apply the shiny coating that some natural stone flooring has.

LUXURY VINYL PLANK (LVP) CLEANING
LVP cleaning is priced by room. We consider a room to be no larger than 200 sqft. Any room exceeding this size would count as two or more rooms. Hallways and stairs are priced separately and cannot be used in lieu of a room.
