We love our customers, so our goal is to make sure we're all on the same page before we arrive at your home. Below is an explanation of our most common services and their regular pricing.
Our Cleaning Services
Our standard cleaning includes: pre-treating, agitating the carpet fibers/loosen dirt and grime from hard surfaces, and cleaning using our proprietary technology that leaves your floors cleaner, longer.
We make every effort to take care of all your issues with our standard cleaning, however, pet spot and odor issues and some staining may require additional work to properly remove, and therefore an additional cost. We do have a $12 service fee on every appointment, this is in addition to the prices listed below.
This pricing does not reflect current discounts or specials and is subject to change. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash and all major credit cards.
CARPET CLEANING
A carpeted room is defined as tacked-down wall-to-wall carpeting no larger than 200 sq ft. Any room exceeding this size would count as two or more rooms. Hallways and stairs are priced separately and cannot be used in lieu of a room. Area rugs are not considered carpeted rooms.
Staircase
We consider a staircase to be 16 steps and 1 landing. Additional steps will be priced at $5 per step and $2 per linear foot for additional landings. Price per staircase.

AREA RUG CLEANING
Cleaning is the best way to extend the life of your area rug, helping it look, feel, and smell as good as possible. Using our proprietary cleaning technology, we'll extract the dirt and grime without leaving residue behind.
Specialty rugs require extra care, contact us to hear about our rug bathing service for your prized area rugs.
UPHOLSTERY CLEANING
Upholstery pricing in this section is based on fabric upholstery items. This includes the sides, backs, cushions, and included pillows on the furniture. Throw pillows and leather are not included in this pricing.
TILE & STONE CLEANING
Tile and stone cleaning is priced by room. We consider a room to be no larger than 150 sq ft. Any room exceeding this size would count as two or more rooms. Hallways and stairs are priced separately and cannot be used in lieu of a room. We clean and seal tile, however, if you are looking to bring the shine back to your stone flooring, contact us to schedule a polishing evaluation.
Walkways
Walkways are considered to be hallways & entryways. Priced per square foot.
LUXURY VINYL PLANK (LVP) CLEANING
LVP is priced by room. We consider a room no larger than 150 sq ft. Any room exceeding this size would count as two or more rooms. Hallways and stairs are priced separately and cannot be used in lieu of a room.
Walkways
Walkways are considered to be hallways & entryways. Priced per square foot.
