These guys are the best in the business! We had some major issues with our carpet between kids and cats, and nothing I did myself worked that great. These guys just about restored our carpet to new, and they were courteous, fast, and efficient. Definitely recommend these guys!

I had carpets cleaned and kitchen/laundry room tile cleaned. The service guy was super nice, respectful of our home, and did a great job! My tile looks almost new again and the carpets no longer have the little stubborn stains I hadn't been able to get myself. Every phone call I had to make to reschedule (which was 3 times) was handled so efficiently and they were so friendly. I will definitely use this company again!

Had to come out twice to resolve a cat urine problem but they did with no issues. The technician called when he was on his way so I knew when to expect him and while he was here explained what he was doing to the carpet. Carpet feels great and doesn't smell anymore. Good communication and professional. Would recommend and use Zerorez again.

Trey was an excellent technician. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job on our carpets. Very focused on doing the best job he could for me. You don't see this positive customer focused attitude much in our world today. Thank you Trey for a job well done.

They were helpful when I called to set up the appointment the technician arrived promptly and looked over everything and explained the services and answered our questions. Our carpets were not super dirty but we're trying to keep them in good shape he did a good job on the cleaning and didn't push us to buy more services. The carpet looks good and I would use them again

Charles was my technician! He was awesome!!! I've had carpets cleaned over the last 30 years probably 100 times in different homes and this company was by far the best! No pressure sales to upgrade , not soaking wet carpets and my carpet is old and it looks awesome! I highly recommend zeroRez!!

Very pleased with the service we received. John was very knowledgeable and professional. Answered all of my questions and then completed the cleaning in a very efficient manner. The results were immediately noticeable! I recommend this service to anyone that wants general carpet cleaning and especially if you are dealing with pet odors.

Jon the technician was on time, was courteous and very professional. He did a walk through before the service and explained what to expect from the cleaning. After he completed the job we did another walk through to check out the carpet cleaning. Jon did excellent work and we would use them again.
