Very professional, was in & out quickly & our 12 year old carpet looks fantastic! We're prepping to sell our home & this was much more affordable than replacing the carpet.

We have used Zerorez many times over the last 10 years. We just moved into a new house, and the previous owners had animals that treated the carpet like a bathroom, stains and smells everywhere.

We had our couch cleaned and scotch guarded, they did a wonderful job. Our granddaughter had spilled milk a few times on it in addition to our dog rubbing against it. It looks like new again. The crew was extremely pleasant and professional!

I wanted to hire Zerorez specifically and they exceeded my expectations. I can't believe the before and after. My carpets look and smell incredible. The technician Dan called me when he was on his way, and since I was at work he communicated with me via texts and calls about what we were doing today. He was able to get the pet odor out, and most of the numerous old stains. One large, heavy stain is still somewhat visible, but only barely. Overall it's an incredible improvement and I can't believe they're the same carpets.

Everything about Zerorez is professional, polite and executed well. Easy to schedule, incredibly easy to ask questions and add services to my appointment. My technician was on-time, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I couldn't be happier with how great my carpets and couch look.
