Tim was very friendly, professional, one-time, and honest, and the carpets look great! Price was reasonable too and in-line with or slightly cheaper than competitors. He also took the extra step to point out areas where the carpet was looking worn and one area that had a bleach stain from before he came. I have young kids and love that they don't use harsh chemicals. Definitely would recommend!

Extremely happy with the turnout of the cleaning. They did the upholstery in my car which was embedded in nicotine and I couldn't get it out. This is the second time using Zerorez and I am thoroughly pleased with the work done. My carpets look absolutely beautiful and Tim took extra care in areas that were more stained. I have used other carpet cleaning companies and this is the best by far. They turned up on time and were very polite and professional. I had only wanted to do a couple of carpets but ended up doing more because the service was good, thorough and the price was right. Tim was very helpful and even managed to get a few stains off a chair in one of the rooms. So I was very pleased and will use again!
