Very easy process and good outcomes. Sam was courteous, informative and arrived early. We scheduled service yesterday evening for today using the automated system online and it worked seamlessly. He called about 20mins before he arrived and the cleaning took about an hour for 2 rooms and the stairs. The carpets looks amazing and it smells nice too (not overpowering or chemical smell). I will use them again in the future, but hopefully we don't need them again for a while.

We used Zerorez for cleaning of our vents. The gentleman that performed the cleaning (I wish I remembered his name!) was wonderful. He called 30 minutes beforehand, and arrived right at the start of the 2 hour estimated window. He kept us updated throughout the process with pictures and videos and took the time to explain the process. Quick and efficient. We will definitely be trying this company out for carpet cleaning next!

Dillan was awesome. He contacted me way ahead of time and said he could be there early which worked out great. Very professional, explained the pet removal process, and was very quick and made our house look and smell so much better. I recommend this company to anyone needing carpet cleaning especially if you have pets.

We scheduled zerorez for our carpet cleaning. We have regularly used this company. Joel came and cleaned our carpets today. He did an amazing job. He was a very friendly and conscientious worker. He made sure we were happy with his work. Our carpets look like new. We have three dogs so it is important that the carpets are clean and look good. I highly recommend this company and Joel!!!!

Great company! The scheduler was very friendly, explained everything well and was able to get a technician out to our home within 24 hours of the initial phone call. The tech was also very friendly, communicative and did a great job throughout our home! Added bonus of full details on all room treatments on the final invoice. I highly recommend!

The guys from Zerorez were right on time, personable and professional. Did a beautiful job on my area rug, which hadn't been professionally cleaned in ages. They finished a bit early, so did some fan drying before they left. Will definitely use them again.

Dillan was very polite and professional. The sectional has been well loved by the family and looks new again. He did a great job on the basement carpet where we had some decent pet stains. We will definitely use again

Communication was excellent. She did an amazing job! Our carpets are 22 years old and white. We have 4 kids, 2 are toddlers. Our carpet was disgusting. They did our stairs, hallway and living room. The living room looks brand new. We will be using them again and again. Probably every 6 months. We will likely try their other services as well such as air duct cleaning.

Shane is great at his job! Very professional on the phone when confirming the appointment and letting me know when he will arrive. I had three rooms of carpet cleaned in less than 30 minutes and the smell afterwards is great!
