From calling from the first time Becky was very responsive and kind. She got me scheduled quickly and efficiently. Jake was my tech and was very sweet and professional. He explained everything so that I could understand it. He also made sure I checked to make sure I was satisfied with the outcome of the work he did and was very willing to go over any spots a little extra. I will definitely be using them again and will request Jake every time.

The technician was very professional. We had our carpet and ceramic floors cleaned and sealed. The technician educated me on the importance of taking care of the floors. It was like he was taking care of his own. My appointment was between 2 and 5, and I was impressed that he actually showed up at 2. Excellent service indeed!

Our Technician, Cody, was very polite and professional. I showed him a few trouble spots and he spent a little extra time to ensure the stains were removed. He kept me updated and also helped me save money on what I was truly needing. Our carpets are 20+ yrs old but with ZeroRez they get better each time they come out! Worth the money.

The service rep was here around 11:00 and was completely finished within 2 hours. He was very professional and very respectful. He did an excellent job on my carpets considering that my carpets hadn't been cleaned in years. I couldn't have asked for anyone better. Thank you Zerorez for sending him to my home.

Zerorez did an excellent job cleaning our vents, ducts and a/c system. The crew was very good at relaying any issues that were found, as well as providing pictures. We didn't realize how much dust had built up in our ducts! We will definitely be using them again in the future. Very happy with their service.

Jake was awesome! He was a little early and was able to get started right away. He cleaned the carpets and the tile in my kitchen and breakfast nook and everything looks brand new! I would highly recommend getting this done if you have ever considered it, you won't be disappointed. I will definitely use them again.

My service tech didn't make me feel embarrassed over the condition of my carpet. I raise and breed dachshunds and I know my carpets get dirty and most likely have an odor to those not used to dogs. I appreciated his polite professional manner

Fantastic service! I scheduled my appointment using the website and it was so easy! The Zerorez technician, Felton, called 45 minutes prior to arrival to let me know he was on the way. He was extremely professional and friendly. He did such an amazing job on my carpets that when I schedule to have my tile work done next month, I am requesting for him to be my technician.
