Alex and Keaton were very professional and careful while cleaning my carpets. They protected my house from their equipment and always wore booties to keep from tracking dirt. They were fair with their prices and thorough with the treatments we required. Despite that I told them everything looked good to me, my wife found a spot they appeared to miss right after they left. I called them and told them and they came right back and cleaned it. Great service by great guys and the cleanliness of my carpets meets my best expectations. I'm very happy with the job they did!

Zerorez is the only carpet cleaning business I will use because they never use perfumey soaps, that overwhelm the home. The carpets cook and feel so much cleaner and the technicians have always been polite, on time, and thorough.

Cecil was absolutely wonderful! In fact every tech we have had out at the rental house has been great. Very professional and friendly. They are conscientious about any pets in the home before moving equipment through the doors to make sure your pets are safe. The carpets look amazing and always willing to answer any and all questions you may have about your cleaning. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

These guys did a great job! Not only that, but they communicated before showing up / arriving. Sometimes that's hard to come by with home service companies. A quick heads up that you're on your way goes a long way with a homeowner. Our carpet tech was kind, courteous, and protected our floors. Carpets also look great already. I am very happy with the results of my carpet from Zerorez! It looks clean and more like when it was new. Feels great to walk on. The rep that came Zack was polite and offered many options! I will have him come back another time and clean my downstairs!

My technician called me before he arrived to let me know his ETA. He was prompt and courteous. I showed him the spaces and then he let me know how much additional it might be for a pet stain. He walked me through what he was going to do, then performed the services. It only took about one hour. Overall I'm very satisfied with how well all the carpets look and I can't even see the pet stain anymore. Highly recommend!!

ZeroRez was super easy to book with. They have great communication on their website with actual people ready to answer your questions. Our technician, Cody, was ahead of schedule and was able to start our cleaning early. He did a great job making our carpets look brand new again! He also shared some great advice on how to spot treat pet stains between cleanings.

Great company! Very detailed and went through all options and prices with me. I have two dogs and two kids so I wasn't too surprised when they went through with a black light but it's still gross to actually see the stains. Our area rug went from a beige to a cream color when they were done. Will definitely use again!

I just purchased a home and figured out pretty quickly that I need to hold off replacing the carpet so in order to not stress my cat, I had Zerorez come do a clean.
