The team did an excellent job cleaning stubborn stains on our brand new porcelain tile floor. The owner was on site and used his expertise as to know exactly which floor cleaning products they needed to use for positive results. The floor looks amazing! He educated us on which products to use at home as well. They were on time, respectful, and affordable. I will definitely use their services again. And highly recommend to everyone I know.

We were very pleased with the finished product, couch and area rug look and smell brand new. Our Technician was on time, super efficient and extremely thorough. Also he was knowledgeable about which materials needed certain types of products in order to clean them and took great precautions to not have them ruined. Great customer service! They were communicated via email and phone day of service. After a puppy house training and having 3 cats my two area rugs and carpeted stairs needed TLC. Right away I could tell the difference and the added deodorizer made everything fresh, but was not over chemically smell. Thanks for the great job. I will definitely be in contact to clean more surfaces.

Super thrilled with the setvice by Zerorez. My carpets were pretty cruddy and pet stained. They look fabulous now! The odor treatment is excellent. The tech was friendly and efficient. We are very happy and will use Zerorez again. Highly recommended!

Luis was professional and thorough. He did all our carpet and got the stains out! He also gave us some additional quotes for future work we would like done. Very satisfied with the quality of his work and thoroughness! We received a quote ahead of time and the range he'd arrive in. We received reminders beforehand and he called when he was 15 min out. Luis from Zerorez came to our house and gave us a good estimate after surveying our carpet locations. We set the date for the cleaning and he arrived promptly as promised. Rodney Anderson was very professional, courteous and efficient in the job he did. He was honest about the carpet we have saying that we would still have a wear pattern due to the color, age of the carpet, and the light color. The carpet looks much better. The company was easy to work with, Dawn was courteous when we talked to her for scheduling. Definitely we will recommend the company.

The cleaning was thorough and quick. We don't have dirty carpet as I am very clean , the tech noticed, but still took his time to clean well. The carpet looks even better and smells great! The price wasn't bad and i will most likely use them again after the holidays pass. Thank you!
