I have 3 cats and when Zerorez cleans my carpets my house doesn't smell like cat urine like it did with other carpet cleaners. My carpet is 30 years old but it's in pretty good shape. The carpet looks so much better after you clean my house. The technicians do a really good job and the carpet dry in 24 hours usually. It feels good on my feet too. Charles came to clean this time and he did a very good job. I appreciate his work ethic. He took his time and did a great job.

Great experience. The technician was on time and precise with what he said he was going to do and how he did it. He was attentive to detail and respectful of our home and area. Pricier than other big name companies but SO worth it in the end. I have two small babies and feel a great sense of relief knowing no harmful chemicals were used in the process. 10/10 would recommend them to everyone thinking about getting their carpets cleaned.

Very courteous service. Excellent carpet cleaning, worked very hard and diligently. Communication is very good and they keep you updated throughout the process. Zerorez tech is very respectful of your property. I really appreciate that they don't try to sell you what you already know is available and discuss with you what might be necessary without the sales pitch. While others have their opinions and experiences, ours was great and recommend Zerorez.

We had the tile flooring in our kitchen, hallway, bathroom and laundry cleaned and I'm so happy with how clean it is now! The technician was great and communicated thoroughly with us throughout the time he was here plus I received emails and text messages confirming the appointment and when the technician was on his way. Our tiles hide dirt and grime but there is a noticeable difference in the before and after. I was even a bit skeptical thinking they may need another pass but even using a white towel it shows no more dirt. I'm happy with the service and would use them again.

The appointment was easy to schedule. Kept me very informed of arrival time. Did an excellent job on the carpet and took more steps than any other company I've ever used. Service technician Jesse was fantastic!! Very friendly, knowledgeable and went the extra mile. My go-to company for carpet cleaning.

The technicians were knowledgeable, prompt and polite. They went over the scope of the job, discussed treatments for the carpet relating to pets, and asked if I'd like my area rugs cleaned, which I declined at this time. They worked efficiently and were back out the door in no time leaving my house with a wonderful, gentle orange scent. Very happy with the service.

Buddy was excellent, professional, and got the job done quickly. I will say the price I was quoted over the phone definitely did not cover the pet stains (that I mentioned over the phone), so I paid much more than I expected in the long run. I wish that would have been explained more before the technician came out, but it is what it is, and I'm very happy to have a clean home that smells wonderful!

Buddy was our technician and he was extremely professional and very pleasant. We have one carpeted room that our dog always pees in, leaving a bad order that we can't ever get to go away. By the end of the treatment the smell was completely gone and our carpet looked brand new. We will definitely use this company again.
