Zerorez® is famous for its patented hot water extraction cleaning, but what if there is a more economical option? Zerorez® Low Moisture Cleaning can be a great way to breathe new life into your carpet without breaking the bank! While we absolutely prefer to clean your carpet using our hot water extraction, we also understand that you, the homeowner, may want a little less to be done. Our Low Moisture Maintenance cleaning option is that option! Designed to loosen up ground in soils, carpet is refreshed without the full inconvenience and expense of our full patented process.
What is it?
Our Low Moisture Maintenance clean utilizes our patented ZR Water to breakdown soils and the amazing cleaning power of the ZrLifter to remove ground in dirt, hair, and other soils. It is the first 2/3rds of our full extraction clean, without the added benefit of the extraction. This system dries quickly, as in, less than 30 minutes, and is a great option for those rooms that don't get used very often or are regularly cleaned using our full extraction system. It is not designed for moderately to severely soiled carpet: it is strictly for those carpeted areas that are frequently vacuumed and cleaned.
A thorough pre-vacuuming AND post-vacuuming is essential to get the most soil out of the carpet- it is not an extraction clean. it is a great option for the mid-year carpet touch up and maintenance, at a reduced price.
