What is a referral program?
Is it free to join the referral program? How do I sign up?
Yes! Joining the Zerorez referral program is simple and doesn't cost anything. Here are the steps:
- Go to the Zerorez Referral Program signup page.
- Connect your email or Facebook to create an account.
- Use the easy social share buttons or grab your link URL and start sharing!
How do I share my referral link?
After you've joined the program, you can login and see your referral dashboard. The dashboard will have your unique referral link which you can copy and then share wherever it makes sense for you to do so.
Within the dashboard there are also easy share buttons for various social media platforms, SMS text messages, email, WhatsApp, and even a QR code. These all already have your unique share link within them, as well as program-specific messaging to make it easy to share quickly and easily with multiple friends. You are always free to create your own custom messaging.
What are the benefits of the referral program?
Are there limits to the referral program?
Yes. Unfortunately, you can't refer the same person twice, use the discount code for yourself, or get rewarded for someone who has already used Zerorez in the past.
You are also limited to earning rewards from friends within your same service area. This means if you live in Atlanta, you can't earn rewards for referring friends in Chicago. This is due to the franchise nature of our business.

How can I see my account activity?
Once you sign up, you will have a dashboard where you can see all of your account activity. In the dashboard you'll find your share link and easy share buttons, along with your referrals and your rewards. You can see your referral's name, and their referral status (pending, qualified, approved, or denied). You can also see your rewards and their status (pending, scheduled, or issued).
How many friends can I invite?
There are no limits to how many new customers you can refer to Zerorez! And you will be rewarded each time they are marked as an approved referral.
What do my friends need to do?
Your friends need to make sure to click your unique referral link and schedule online in order for you to receive credit.
Your referral link will automatically apply the first-time user discount promo code to their appointment, or they can manually add it at checkout, or apply a different coupon code (if they desire). The first-time customer referral promo code is only available to new customers residing in the same participating service area as Zerorez customer providing the referral link. This promotion cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.
Once Zerorez completes the cleaning for your friend, their referral status will change to "Approved" and you will qualify for your reward!
