We love our customers, so our goal is to make sure we're all on the same page before we arrive at your home. See below for our current pricing for carpet cleaning.
Our standard cleaning includes: pre-treating, agitating the carpet fibers, and cleaning using our proprietary technology. Our Zerorez technology cleans with Zr™ Water - a powerful, safe cleaner replacing the need for soaps, detergents, or harsh chemicals that many traditional cleaners use. Without soapy residue bonding to your carpet fibers, your carpets dry faster and stay cleaner longer!
We make every effort to take care of all your carpet issues with our standard cleaning, however, pet spot and odor issues and some staining may require additional work to remove properly, and therefore an additional cost. We do have a $19 environmental fee on every appointment, this is in addition to the prices listed below.

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash and all major credit cards with the exception of American Express.
CARPET CLEANING
A carpeted room is defined as tacked-down wall-to-wall carpeting no larger than 200 sqft. Any room exceeding this size would count as two or more rooms. Hallways and stairs are priced separately and cannot be used in lieu of a room in our 3 room special pricing. Area rugs are not considered carpeted rooms; please call us (425) 453-9376 for an estimate on cleaning your area rug!
Stairs (up to 16 steps)
We consider a staircase to be 16 steps and 2 landings. Price is per staircase.
Protectant (per room)
Protectant helps protect against wear and provides more time to clean up spills. Hallways and staircases are considered rooms when it comes to pricing protectant. Price per room
