Carpet Cleaning
Experts in the Science of Cleanā¢
People and technology you can trust.
Unlike most traditional carpet cleaning services, Zerorez Clean Experts use the latest carpet cleaning technology to ensure you receive a thorough, longer-lasting clean.
Zerorez created Zrā¢ Water, a powerful, non-toxic cleaning agent that is heated, alkalinized, and ionized. This water is specially designed to rinse dirt, oils, and grime from your carpet without leaving behind any residue.
With zero soapy residue left behind, your carpets stay clean longer. That's because soaps and residue in your carpet fibers are sticky and actually attract dust and dirt.
Zerorez cleans with our proprietary Zrā¢ Wand, an enclosed-system extraction wand which provides a high-powered rinse and suction to thoroughly dislodge and remove dirt and debris deep in your carpet's fibers. With its water control technology, we don't flood your carpet padding, helping your carpets dry faster.

How often should you clean your carpets?
Most carpet manufacturers require you to clean your carpets at least once every 12-18 months to maintain the warranty. But, this may not be enough if you've got a busy household.
The frequency of vacuuming and evidence of spots should determine how often your carpets need Zerorez; not the calendar.
Carpet is a surface that adds softness, warmth, and luxury to rooms in your home. At Zerorez, we clean your carpets in a way that leaves them looking newer longer.
Frequently Asked Questions
What makes Zerorez's carpet cleaning different?
The secret to Zerorez's success is our ability to clean without using high-residue soaps, detergents, shampoos, or harsh chemicals. We give you the best of both worlds: a sparkling clean that lasts longer while keeping your family and pets safe.
Does Zerorez get stains out of carpet?
The Zerorez process with our proprietary Zrā¢ Wand can usually get stubborn spots out. However, for bigger problems, we have a specialized method to remove the deepest spots through a sub-extraction procedure, treating the carpet backing, pad, and sometimes the subfloor.
Do I need to vacuum before Zerorez?
It is important to vacuum your carpet before carpet cleaning thoroughly prior to your appointment. We ask that you remove items such as lamps, picture frames and other fragile items from tabletops and clear floor of toys, books, and other small items.
How fast does Zerorez dry?
According to decades of surveys, the biggest complaint about carpet cleaning is how long it takes carpets to dry. Zerorez has faster-drying times in two ways. First, leaving less water behind by using our proprietary Zrā¢ Wand with water control technology, creating a high-powered rinse and suction to extract dirt and debris from carpet fibers without flooding. Second, we use specially-designed fans (air movers) to increase airflow and reduce the dry time. The results? Carpets that are ready to be walked on just hours after cleaning.
Does Zerorez clean with harsh chemicals?
Zerorez uses a pre-treatment spray and spot-treatments (as needed) which do contain various cleaning agents but they are removed and cleaned away with Zrā¢ Water. The optional Carpet Protector applied after we clean contains some chemicals, but it meets industry safety standards.
What is Zrā¢ Water?
Zrā¢ Water is an all-natural, alkaline, all-surface cleaner that replaces the need for soaps or harsh chemicals that many traditional cleaners use.
How often should carpet be cleaned?
Most carpet manufacturers require you to clean your carpets at least once every 12-18 months to maintain the warranty. But, if you've got a busy household, this may not be enough. The frequency of vacuuming and evidence of spots should determine how often your carpets need Zerorez; not the calendar. Most manufacturers will require the carpet to be hot water extracted (the Zerorez method) and many of the premium carpet mills will require you to be IICRC Certified.
Should I vacuum after carpet cleaning?
Yes, you will need to vacuum after carpet cleaning as it's an important part of regular carpet care. After we clean your carpets, you must wait until the carpet is completely dry before vacuuming. Vacuuming too soon might not be effective and could potentially damage the vacuum cleaner.
